A little about me, I moved from another state to TN with my fiancé however we have recently split. I’ve decided to stay for my career to continue to grow and make a great life in this beautiful state. I currently have a corporate job and I serve on the weekends for extra cash.

I’m looking to rent a room beginning August 31st.

I’ll be working 6 days a week most weeks.

I live a very active lifestyle often at the gym etc. and will not be home often.

I’m coming single, no furniture, simple living, no pets, no smoking, I drink occasionally.

I’m clean and orderly and will keep to my respective space.

I’d like to move in with someone who is positive, tidy, and considerate.
