I am a young professional from the Midwest looking to winter in Arizona. I am quiet, respectful and creative. I am also neurodivergent so I value calm spaces, organization (I’m not really a neat freak per se, I just value visually pleasing space), open honest communication and mutual respect. I work from home and so if there is a home office available for me to work in that would be ideal. l have no pets or children that I will be moving with but I don’t mind if others have dogs. I can’t live with cats as I’m allergic. I enjoy yoga, writing, astrology, walking, and learning in general. Looking for a furnished room or casita with kind roommate who is LGBTQ+ friendly and okay with someone who enjoys quiet time. I enjoy occasional chats and am open to shared meals if you want that but am also independent and value my alone time. I prefer to live with just one other person and am not open to living with multiple roommates. I have night owl tendencies but am typically pretty reserved and quiet. Female roommates only please.*
