Hi, my name is Jeremy. I’m 38 years old and currently looking for an unfurnished room to rent in or near Golden, Colorado. I’m also open to nearby areas with easy access to RTD/public transportation. My budget is around $1,300–$1,500 per month.

I work full-time at Molson Coors and use RTD to get around, so being near public transportation is important to me. I can provide proof of income, verified rental history, landlord references, and I can pass a background check.

A little about me: I’m clean, respectful, quiet, and responsible. I don’t smoke cigarettes or use drugs, and I prefer to live in a drug-free home. I’m okay with 420 as long as the home is respectful and clean. I drink socially, but I’m not a big partier and usually keep a pretty steady routine.

I enjoy skiing, mountain biking, hiking, camping, traveling, and pretty much anything outdoors. I’m also LGBTQ-friendly and open to living with anyone who is respectful, clean, and easy to communicate with.

I also have a mini Bernedoodle who weighs 36 pounds. He is neutered, up to date on all shots, well-behaved, does not shed, and does not use the bathroom in the house. He is good with other dogs, though I’m not sure how he does around cats. I keep him well-groomed and get him professionally groomed once a month. When I travel, he either comes with me or stays in boarding.

I’m very clean, always pick up after my dog, and clean up after myself. I’m looking to move soon and would love to find a respectful, comfortable place that feels like a good fit. I’m also open to teaming up with someone to get an apartment together if the situation makes sense.
