Some personal preferences below:

• I’m 30, go into the office 3x a week, in Herald Square NJ or FiDi. I’m in office by 8am latest on the days that I go
• I was born and raised in the Philippines, so someone from an international background / is curious about other cultures is important to me
• Generally want to be able to chat with my roommate, maybe watch something together, but won’t force a connection.
• Partners/friends are welcome to stay over, but we’ll need to have a conversation about how much is too much
• Being clean in the common rooms is important to me, but occasionally if there are dishes in the sink, or one chore doesn’t get done because the other person is busy, I won’t be upset (and expect some grace from the other person)
• I want the common areas to feel like a shared and peaceful space
• I’m an ambivert but hoping to find someone who won’t take it personally if I just need some me time Apartment preferences:
• 2 bed, 2 bath in a building with a gym
• Budget is flexible based on location, amenities etc
