I need a reliable roommate or two who is/are interested in sharing a home, townhouse, or perhaps a nice 2 bedroom apartment.. I’m part of the Queer community and would prefer a roommate who either also is or who is at least very used to being around a diverse group of people. I want my friends and partner to feel comfortable visiting my home.

My credit score is extremely good. I’d like yours to be decent as well. I’d like to meet up and see if we gel and then start looking for places together. I see good options all the time, but I don’t have any friends who can commit to it. The top of my budget for my half is $1000 + utilities.

I play some tabletop RPGs , but not in my own home. I’m outside a lot and when I am home I tend to be very quiet and veg out. I don’t work a standard 9 to 5 job, so if you do you’ll probably barely notice me in the mornings.
