I’m warm and friendly and have a lot of compassion. I’m looking for the same in roommates I’d rent from. I’d also be a great friend and companion for people who may not have family or friends in the area if you would want that type of interaction (though if you just want things separate, I totally understand.

I always pay my rent on time and I know a lot about music and movies and art ! I have a masters in Psychology and I also ove animals! I would be thrilled to rent ( only looking for first floor aka ground floor rooms) where there are dogs or cats already.

Truly looking for someone who understands my situation and that I’d be in the apartment a lot (as I do things virtually). Just looking to find a good match with someone understanding. For anything higher than 1500 a month for a room and private bathroom, I really need all utilities to be included (gas, WiFi, heat, electric etc). If possible. I’d love to talk to anyone open to a 40+ year old roommate and im really looking for a ground floor (as stated above) and Manhattan only apartment- fully finished if possible.
