I’m warm and friendly and have a lot of compassion and I’m looking for the same in roommates or family I’d rent from. I’d be a great friend and companion for people who may not have family or friends in the area. I always pay my rent on time and I know a lot about music and movies ! I love animals and would love to rent ( only looking for first floor rooms) where there are dogs or cats already. Looking for someone who understands my situation and that I’d be in the apartment a lot (as I do things virtually). Looking for a friend/roommate who I can consider family and vice versa. Since covid, things are very scary. I wear masks everywhere and I’m vaccinated. Looking for the same in a roommate- someone who is cautious and may even have health issues themselves. Just looking to find that a perfect match. Ps- for the criminal background check you need to show ID. I’m more than happy to FaceTime with any potential roommates should we match. For anything higher than 1000 a month for a room and private bathroom, I really need all utilities to be included (gas, WiFi, heat, electric etc).
