I am an active female. Civil engineer by degree. Construction manager by vocation. Some of my after-work activities are bible study, a church small/book group, fin talks, white water kayaking, tennis, and fitness classes. I love to explore all of the things + places - museums, concerts, theater, etc. Snow skiing is my favorite; I’ve taken skibbaticals twice!

I’m moving out of my current room because my landlord is renting the whole house out, instead of renting rooms. As a housemate, I’m quiet, respectful, responsible, very clean, and very organized. I’m usually traveling for fun once a month. No pets. Rarely watch TV. I don’t spend a lot of time in the kitchen but I do cook and eat breakfast every morning, prep lunch, and make a quick din in the evenings. (I don’t eat out much so I take up fridge space. 😅) As a tenant, I have an 800+ credit score, a clean record, I’m resourceful, and I’m a good communicator. (Happy to provide references.)
