i work outside the house. I’ve been renting a room in carlsbad but would prefer to be closer to work. I run a large HVAC company in San Marcos. I leave for work around 5AM and usually work until 4 or 5 PM. I ride dirt bikes after work and on weekends so I’m gone quite a bit. My bikes are kept at my shop in San Marcos. I usually food prep 1x per week for the week so I won’t be in the kitchen much. I earn a good living but don’t want to accumulate much stuff because my plan is to retire in 2 to 3 years and leave the country. I always clean up after myself and leave the kitchen cleaner than when I arrived. I’m clean and quiet and expect the same from anyone I room with. I believe I’m a super low maintenance person.
