Hello, I am looking for a roommate to share living expenses with. I am financially independent, a semi-retired veteran of the United States Army, originally born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. I can cook very well. During my enlistment, I worked as a Culinary Arts & Food Service Operations Specialist. I also work on cars and major residential appliances such as: refrigerators, washing machines & dryers, stoves and ranges, dishwashers, microwaves, air conditioners & humidifiers. What I am looking for in a roommate is someone who is very open-minded, who will pay their share of living expenses on time without any problems. I am willing to pay up to $1,600 on a rental.
