I am a person that lives by a simple tenant (no pun intended): spread joy and empower others to live their authentic lives. I am a person whose nervous system thrives with reasonable structure, cleanliness, and a good night’s rest. In my spare time I create music and art, play video games, cafe hop, and hang out with the people I’ve come to care about deeply. I like to socialize but also require a healthy balance of alone time. My career has taught me several skills that make conflict management and communication second nature to me. I am looking for an affordable living situation so that I can be in the best position possible to pay off my student loans and to allow myself to focus more on living and less on simply “surviving.” I do not drink or smoke, but that’s just because neither are my cup of tea.

And if the above was not good enough, I have a grey and white munchkin cat named “Penny” that will NOT pay rent but will give you attention and affection. She is well behaved, potty trained, and can do a few tricks at my command.
