I’m a stable, non-smoking professional seeking a room to rent for 6-12 months, starting around the end of July 1, 2026. My budget is a maximum rent of $900 with all bills included. Unfurnished is a plus. My current lease in a downtown high-rise is ending, and I’m looking for a comfortable place to stay while I have a new home built.

About Me: I’m a professional male, working full-time, and also working on a new business venture. I’m respectful, clean, and financially reliable. My interests include sports, grilling, and travel. I’m social and enjoy a good happy hour, but I value a quiet and relaxed home environment. I don’t have any pets and am a non-smoker.

The Ideal Situation: Location: I’m open to all areas of Greater Houston. Type of Home: A room in a house, townhome, or condo is preferred, but I’m also open to apartments. Roommates: Seeking mature, respectful roommates. I’m looking for a home with other adults. I’m not looking to move into a party house.
