I’m pretty clean, kept and quiet, I am a single mother with a 2 month old baby, so there would be some crying overnight which is why i’d prefer a basement maybe or something more closed off. Willing to help with what I can all while making sure my portion is all paid. Currently in my own apartment but on a month to month basis until i find somewhere new. Been here for almost 3 years just ready for a change and new address.
