My name is Ed (He\Him). I’m a 35-year-old gay man with a 55lb black lab and a small cat. I’m a bartender and a karaoke/trivia host, so I’m a night owl just due to the nature of my job. I love to sing (I must if I host karaoke 5 nights a week), read, and spend time outdoors. I recently got into paddle boarding and just bought one for myself. As a roommate, I spend a lot of time playing with my dog, going out to hang with friends, and playing video games, so you won’t have to worry about me being in your space all the time. That being said, I’m incredibly sociable and would love to do house game nights or go out together (bonus points if you like multiplayer gaming or karaoke). I’m a big fan of chore lists and clearly defined expectations for maintaining the house to avoid resentment and arguments. I believe it is better to voice issues rather than imply or assume the other person feels the same.
