hey everyone! im looking for a roomate to take over my current roomates lease at the end of August (possibly sooner). The apartments are The Gardens on 40th street in ogden! We have a 2 bed 2 bath, and you would be getting the master bedroom. Rent and everything included is about $950-1000 each. We have a gym, pool/hot tub, rooftop lounge, grills & firepit, dog wash station, community room, huge outdoor dog area, and garage parking if preferred! Theres also in unit washer&dryer, walk in closets, pantry, coat closet, etc. The apartment is fully furnished (minus the second bedroom and bathroom) and my roomate and i currently share most of the kitchenware, which im happy to continue doing!

Heres a little about me and what im looking for! I’m 21 year old female going to weber state for nursing. I work and go to school full time, so my schedule is very busy. I’m super clean and organized and keep up on houshold chores. I have a goldendoodle named koda, he’s 7 years old and is the sweetest boy ever! He does really well with my roomates kitten and does well with most dogs. Im open to someone with pets but would want to make sure they get along first! I’m looking for a female roomate only (will not make exceptions for cis men 😛) I do want someone who i would agree/get along with politically as its very important to me. I dont tolerate any racism, homophobia, sexism, etc.
