Nolan

Hey, my name is Nolan and I’m a 24 year old transfer student who’s moving to Chico to finish my bachelors in business. I just received my Associates in Science for Transfer in Business Administration 2.0 from Santa Rosa Junior College. I’m originally from Redwood City, California, but I moved to the Santa Rosa area to live with my mom for a bit and finish up with my associates degree. I am now looking ahead for places in Chico for the Fall and Spring semester, possibly the entire two years if everything works out well and it ends up being a good fit. I was considering moving into the dorms, but I feel like off campus housing is a better alternative.

I would say that I’m a pretty friendly laid back person, and that I’m very easy to get along with. I like going to the gym, watching movies, and spending time with my girlfriend and friends. Also I love any physical activities like skiing, snowboarding, swimming, boating, hooping, sports, etc. I grew up playing a million sports and it’s something that I’ll always enjoy.

I’m looking for places in the $1000/mo range, but I also have some wiggle room. I do have a bit of a college fund, so whoever I’m paying rent to would always receive the full rent every month and on time.
