Sophisticated, educated Latina and a Native New Yorker–from a law enforcement family, and educated at the New School University. I’m looking for new digs in Manhattan, Pelham Bay Park, Pelham Manor, LIC or Riverdale, the Bronx.

I am a working professional looking for an easy-going, mature roommate(s) – personable and respectful of privacy and quiet times after work. The room can be unfurnished (or we can blend both our furnishings together) with a washer-dryer very close to or in the building. The room should have a lot of light and a good closet or two. One cat or dog is fine. I prefer a place in walking distance to Metro or MTA – I am a city girl!!

I am cooperative, have a great sense of humor and do not smoke or drink to excess. Living with someone does not have to be challenging – as respect, communication, with a good sense of trust and safety – as well as cooperation are key for a great co-living arrangement. I will be willing to upkeep the apartment and clean common areas for a discount on the rent.

My only caveat is no smoking in the common areas of the home and a clean, healthy environment. I prefer to live with someone who does not smoke anything.
