Verified great Roomie material:-) Looking for a luxery-minded roomate to share a 3 bed 2 bath (unfurnished) in a place like the Knolls, TO - Nov or Dec. With pool and gym. Large balcony. You have the Master bedroom and pay ~ $1700, I have the 2 smaller rooms and pay ~ $1800 + utilities. I need one room for an office (work remote), that doubles as a room to share for any ocassional visitors (for either of us). ME: Professional, quiet work-a-holic and clean, but can be fun. Friendly, but very respectful of space. Spiritual but not religious. Active - like walking and to be near restaurants, entertainment, outdoor spaces. Like watching sports. I will occasionally have an older (shared) super happy, small white mix dog. I care about eating healthy although I don’t cook much over 10 mins or a microwave :-) I drink wine or a cocktail at dinner. I prefer a roomie who is a non-smoker, not heavy drinker or does excessive drugs, or has constant overnight visitors. Calm and flexible! Let’s get crackin’!!!
