I’m a caregiver/worker, and I’m currently looking for a place for myself and the person I care for to stay together. We’re hoping to rent one room or shared living space together. If you have 2 rooms available for around 400 each, that could work, too! I am nonbinary, and my friend/client is trans female, so we are LGBTQ+ friendly and looking for roommates who are, too.

She receives SSI income, and I’m employed as her caregiver, so we have reliable monthly income.

We’re respectful and easy to live with, keeping spaces clean after use. We do not do any drugs, drink, party, etc. We do occasionally have conversations or activity during the day, and very occasionally have a friend over if guests are allowed. But we always follow any quiet hours and are mindful of shared spaces. We would also need reasonable access to the kitchen a few days a week or less for meal prep.

We’re looking for a few months while we transition into more permanent housing, and we’re flexible on terms and willing to pay a bit extra if needed.
