I’m a happy person with siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins etc. my family is mostly in southern CA. I enjoy hiking, swimming, cycling, reading and doing my job well. I’ve been lucky to teach internationally and in CA. I’ll be working part- time, and care taking my mom some as well. I’ve shared a home for three years in Salinas and another for one year in Lompoc and I’m confident both of my landlords would speak on my behalf regarding being tidy, dependable and timely when paying rent & more. With my mom’s age, a move south is necessary.
