Hey everyone! I’m Dean — 24, originally from SoCal — and I’m moving to SF this July to start my full time role at Morgan Stanley. I’m looking for roommate(s) in their 20s or an open room in a shared apartment.

Move-in timing: Ideally first week of July and planning to stay indefinitely. Budget: Around $2400/month but can be flexible

Neighborhoods: Open to Mission, Soma, Marina, North Beach, Nob Hill, Rincon hill, Pac Heights, or Mission. Ideally anywhere that I can commute to FiDi

A bit about me:

I’m clean, organized, responsible, and easy to live with. I keep shared spaces neat, pull my weight, and respect everyone’s space and routines. I’m social and would love a friendly roommate setup but I am also mindful of people doing their own thing.

I played college soccer, so I’m pretty active and love staying fit. Outside of school, I’m into exploring the city, working out, going out, or quiet nights in with a good book/movie.
