Hi! I’m looking to move at the end of lease, July 31st! I am hoping to find a roommate or a room in a clean, respectful, and chill home environment.

A little about me: I work full-time in an office Monday through Friday. I keep shared spaces clean and I’m very routine-oriented during the work week. I’m pretty low-key at home — recharge, cook, watch shows, normal life stuff.

I do have one cat. He’s fully litter trained, stays indoors, and mostly just sleeps, eats, and hangs out. Super low maintenance and not destructive.

Budget: Ideally around $1450 / month (flexible for the right fit).

I’m hoping to live with people who are respectful of shared spaces, communicate well, and are generally easy to live with.
