Hi there, I am a Minnesotan, and NEVER wanted to shovel again! I have not found anything in Florida, with that said even tho i am drawn to the Sarasota Fl area I have spent the last few winters here as my mom has been in hospice care here.

i enjoy all water sports in or on the water. I have had a boat in MN since i could drive but the summers are getting shorter every year and winters even longer. Time to stop the madness! Swimming, beaches wave-running/boating ,biking, dancing, just even being able to plan and not always disappointed in the weather will be so refreshing. I am respectful and considerate of others and love to be on the go and am full of energy. I sold my home 2 years but have remained on and off in Mn am handy and experienced in matters of a home but would love a pool or i would share an apartment as well. Once i get my ocean leggs and lay of the area i would be purchasing a condo within a few years my goal would be walking distance to a beach. I have 2 sons. who it would be nice to have visit. They are unattached at this time and need to get out on their own. I am a salon owner in the bz for 40 years. I have no allergies or any medical issues except being allergic to Bees.
