Hello there! I’m looking for a potential roomate to find an apartment with come Aug1st hopefully within the Frederick County area. Currently I work as a custodian for the Frederick County Public School system and have been there for… threeee years? Four? Anywho, I’m a laid back friendly guy who is just looking to live. I’ve got a hearty laugh and a big smile. I’m clean and financially responsible who always pays his bills on time. I’ve lived with men, women, pets and children in my journey of life and I pretty much get along with anyone. I don’t sweat the small stuff because life is hard enough but I’m looking for a roomie that cleans up after themselves [and will help with a bathroom/kitchen cleaning schedule] who pays their bills on time and who will treat me with the respect I treat them. In terms of apartment stuff and things, I already have living room stuff, bathroom stuff and kitchen stuff. Only thing I’ll be missing for the living room is a couch but plenty of humans are trying to get rid of those for free so that’s a temporary thing.
