I’m a 27 yr old female currently living in Tampa for a while now, but looking to relocate as soon as possible. I have one cat, and I am looking for month to month, or specifically less than one yr lease. I am however open to the possibility of one year under the right circumstances. My goal is to save enough $$ to move out of Florida and own my own place within 1 yr, but in the meantime, it seems the only practical option is to find a roomie that wants to find a place with me, Or has a place for me to stay with. But I am not trying to stay in Florida long term. I would like to work on developing my talents and discovering my true career. I am what I like to call a late bloomer, I’d love to live with someone that is focusing on developing themselves at well. Anyone who appreciates art /creativity, has the drive to be athletic would be great. Being clean is important and, hands down. I will definitely hold that up on my end, so I would want someone that wanted the same. Would like to live with someone that enjoys spending time together/ working on stuff together, in addition to our own schedules.
