Hi! My name is Erica. I work remotely out of Beverly Hills as a music and film licensing manager. I hold a graduate degree and am looking to relocate to Boulder or the surrounding area — ideally somewhere safe, clean, and peaceful.

I come with two highly trained, well-behaved pets: a dog and a cat.

I work from home and enjoy a clean home. I’m quiet, rarely have guests and am one of those Geminis who can chat about anything but also totally respects space and stillness.

LGBTQ+ friendly, cannabis-friendly, emotionally literate. I’m open to other non-aggressive dogs and am currently in Louisville, so I would prefer someone nearby to have the dogs meet at a park. I am looking for one other roommate to move in the surrounding areas of Boulder.
