I am a 70 yr old woman on SSI and working in healthcare and trying to be semi-retired..I’m a16 yr resident, and i am a clean quiet artist, respectful of your space, privacy, and house rules..I clean for a living so household chores are no problem..I would like to have a well trained, short haired cat if allowed. i would prefer unfurnished as I have my 1bd out of storage. my stupid days are long gone- I don’t drink, drug, party, smoke or play loud music. i prefer to be long term if possible. aug 1 is my target date. thank you
