[I am looking for a one-month summer sublet for my mom who is visiting NY, for the month of July]

Hi! I’m Allen, a 30-year-old man, currently working as a research scientist and statistician at NYU’s School of Public Health in Manhattan. I earned my Master degree at NYU and have been living in the U.S. since 2019. I’m kind, organized, and considerate of shared spaces.

I am committed in maintaining a clean, harmonious home environment and have rich experience living with (American) roommates. I enjoy connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and sharing the occasional meal or conversation (I’m good at preparing plant-based meals), while also respecting everyone’s need for personal space and quiet time.
