Greetings!

Recently widowed and have decided to start a new chapter in my life. I consider myself a good person who is always willing to help others. I’m mature and believe in consideration, mutual respect and always communicating well. Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness isn’t an issue for me.

I’m a nonsmoker, no recreational drugs and rarely ever drink. I have no intentions of entertaining, my meals are kept simple and cherish my quiet space in a low-key clean environment. I do have a love for animals.

My source of income comes from my retirement and I also work 30 hrs a week remotely for an IT firm. I’m stable, responsible and I have a clean background and proof of income. My monthly budget is $800 all inclusive and willing to pay a bit more if a private bath is provided.

Length of stay short or long term ideally 6-9 months if mutually agreed upon. However, my plans are to eventually find my own place once I’ve settled into the area but it’s not a priority at this time. I can make rent payments on a weekly or monthly basis ideally via Zelle.
