Hi! I’m looking for a clean, quiet room to rent, preferably with a female roommate and in or near downtown Kansas City, Midtown, Crossroads or Plaza. My budget is around $600 per month.

I work from home, so I’m looking for a peaceful and stable living situation with reliable internet. I’m respectful, clean, responsible, and not the type to have a lot of people coming over. I usually go out to visit friends or family rather than hosting.

I do have two elderly, very well-trained cats, so the room/home would need to be cat-friendly. Because they are older, I’m hoping to find something with few stairs or easy entry access.

Ideally, I’d love to be close to a RideKC bus route or somewhere with easy access to the KC Streetcar / downtown transit options, but I’m open to the right fit.
