As an older person, living primarily on social security, I need to have the affordable option of living cooperatively with others. I am non judgmental, clean, quiet, respectful and a non smoker. I expect the same of others. I love to cook, so would like space in a kitchen to have my pots and pan or a spot where I can store them in a garage. I’m a jewelry artist and have a studio in downtown Durham so would like to be close to town, if possible. Preferably, I’d like to spend no more than 1000 including utilities.
