I work as a part time barista, doing my best to pick up more shifts when I can to make ends meet. Currently looking and applying for other jobs that will work well with my schedule. My rent rate may increase upon getting that second job, but for the meantime, I’m hoping someone out there can consider my low budget of $500-600/month. I am aware that it’s too low for a room nowadays, but I can pay more once I get another job. Just really need to move out of my current home by the end of June.

I also have a 4yr old cat, pretty chill, random zoomies, but overall a good and sweet cat. She meows a lot when left in a room alone for too long, but stays nice and well-behaved when with company.

I’ve been having a hard time finding an affordable room for rent that allows a cat but she’s ESA certified which should exempt her from pet policies/fees. I will, however, respect your pet rules and make sure to follow them.
