Hi there, my name is Eric & I am a Southern California native. I have lived in Orange County / Long Beach for most of my life and graduated from CSULB. I am easy going, responsible, and appreciate a clean and peaceful environment. I have worked with children with special needs and behavioral challenges for many years and have also been a caregiver. Currently, I work in production, specializing in audio, video, lighting, carpentry, electric, props and scenery, in the areas of music, theatre, and staging. I value thoughtfulness, kindness, consideration, harmony and health, and I don’t mind lending a helping hand. I enjoy nature, animals, outdoor activities, hiking, gardening, continued learning, community events, art, music, laughs, and delicious food with loved ones and new friends (: . I am Currently looking for a private room to rent for 6 months to a year, beginning in May.
