Looking for a room, anywhere from Vero South to north PSL,for myself and my girlfriend. 2 people, no pets total.. My budget is 700 a month for a room. I am a quiet person. On social security only. I have furniture if needed. Medical Marijuana card holder. So i would like a place where this is acceptable, and safe to smoke at.

I would appreciate a place that allows me kitchen privileges, and where i can store, refrigerate / freeze food, and prepare meals please. A “share house /home” arrangement would be good to, if offered, but certainly not mandatory. If possible please.

I clean up after myself.

All Utilities included, including high speed internet, would be great, if offered, but i can also help / contribute, to those if needed on our arrangement.

I would prefer a secure room, if possible, because of the medical cannabis, and personal valuables please, if that makes sense.

I have 1 vehicle.
