Hi! I’m looking to share a peaceful 2BR apartment with just one roommate. My budget is $1350 max for my share of rent. I’d love a private bathroom and hopefully a balcony in unit. I have an ESA cat—he’s calm and sweet. I’m clean, respectful, and tend to keep to myself, but open to friendship. I enjoy yoga and a relaxed home. I’m looking for a roommate who’s calm, easy going, tidy, and growth-oriented. Washer/dryer on-site or in-unit is a plus.
