Hey all! I’m hoping to find some people to get a house with or to join an already established one in the beginning of July.

A little about me: they/him, 21 (22 in sep), queer, vegetarian and alcohol/420 (outside) friendly. I love the gym and hosting. I currently don’t have many local friends but my long distance ones often visit. I’d love to be friends with my roommates as well :)

I have an emotional support dog (Charlie) who loves everyone he meets and a cat (Nyx). They are both good with other animals but Nyx may take a while to warm up.

I’m a nanny and currently my main clients live in Rancho Penisquito, Kerney Mesa, LA Jolla, and Del Mar. I’d prefer somewhere decently central to them all. I’m currently in Mira Mesa and love the area but I’m also open to moving a bit more south. I’m hoping to keep my share of rent around $1,000 or less
