I am 37 years old. Retired from the military so I have guaranteed income. I moved from Colorado to be closer to family. I have been here for a year now. I am very good at keeping common areas clean and I am a very quiet roommate. I can be either social or keep to myself if housemates would prefer. I do not smoke and drink very little. I am a bartender however my bar isn’t open late. I am open to any kind of roommates as I have lived with every kind under the sun at this point and have had fun with them all.
