Hey, I’m Seb. I’m a Software Engineer by trade and student at MDC

Looking for rentals in the coral gables area with laundromat in the same building and dishwasher access.

I’m a quiet, project-oriented person and tend to be involved in my own shenanigans. In my free time, I like focusing on my own technical projects or 3D printing. I have a small setup for my 3D printers I’d love to keep in a shared space if there’s room, but happy to discuss.

I also work from home as a Software Engineer

My lease ends at the end of July, I’m looking to move sometime in the middle of July into ideally a unfurnished place but I’m open to options.

I’d work well with someone that can set some boundaries for each other on responsibilities such as bills and chores beforehand and someone that may have similar interests (or general sphere)
