I’m clean, quiet for the most part, non problematic. My children are great and very kind, get along with others, during the week we will be out sometimes and weekends as well so shouldn’t be too noisy, they’re great around pets and will respect any rules. We have a bedtime routine so no late nights being up and loud. Any other questions or concerns just ask!
