Hello! My name is Victoria. I am a retired Marine, leadership and organizational consultant, and mother of a high school student who will be attending ILTexas Katy-Westpark.

We are relocating to the Katy/Richmond area before the school year begins and are looking for a safe, peaceful, and respectful living environment. I receive stable VA disability and military pension income and have a reliable monthly income.

My daughter is heavily involved in athletics and JROTC and keeps a busy schedule between school, training, and extracurricular activities. We are both non-smokers, quiet, clean, and accustomed to structured routines and being considerate of others.

We are open to a furnished room, guest house, garage apartment, mother-in-law suite, or similar arrangement, preferably within about 15 minutes of ILTexas Katy-Westpark. Our ideal areas include Pecan Grove, Stone Bridge, Richmond, and nearby Katy neighborhoods.
