Higher education professional - looking for one female professional around my age as a roommate. I am seeking a private bedroom and bathroom, full washer/dryer in-unit, and parking. I cook a lot and sometimes bake. I do not drink/vape/smoke and prefer a roommate who doesn’t vape/smoke either (minimal drinking is okay). I like having guests over (including overnight) and don’t mind if my roommate does too as long as it’s communicated.
