Looking to move early September. I’m 24, originally from Northern California, and relocating to LA from North Carolina to grow my work in modeling and creative direction. I currently work full-time in hospitality and keep a steady routine–responsible, self-sufficient, and easy to live with.

I’m clean, low-maintenance, and keep to myself for the most part. No partying, no chaos–just focused on work, wellness, and where life is taking me. That said, I appreciate a calm, respectful environment and good energy in a shared space.

I’m open to short-term or month-to-month. While I’ve been leaning toward Silverlake/Echo Park, I’m open to other areas in LA if it feels aligned.
