Hello! My name is Charlie, and I’m a quiet, clean, and respectful person looking for a peaceful place to live as I transition to a new city. I was a school teacher for many years and am now beginning a new chapter in life.

I’m a Christian and plan to join Living Waters OPC once I get settled. I spend most of my time in prayer, reading, meditation, and yoga. I enjoy an occasional glass of wine, love a cozy coffee shop, and appreciate a little green space when it’s nearby.

I’ve owned and maintained homes myself, so I understand the importance of respecting both property and shared spaces. I rarely have guests and am happy to either engage in friendly conversation or keep to myself — whatever suits the home.
