I’m quiet, clean and a single young 62 year old female, retired. Just me and my blind diabetic ESA dog that is 15 lb. He’s a cocker/yorkie. I am seeking a room or studio/1 bed also. Landlord selling, been here a year can provide a letter of recommendation. Prefer bottom floor with minimal steps for walking my dog. Other than that I am a pretty chill person looking for the same.
