Hi! I’m a Berkeley, CA native returning from Silicon Valley to be closer to my family, now that I’m proud Auntie Kaity to my two nephews. I’m an anctive, energetic working professional with 12* years of global corporate marketing and brand development leadership experience. I’m also an international Amazon bestselling children’s book author as of 2025! Despite being active, I am also a champion of watching whatever everyone else wants to watch on Netflix, lover of learning, reading and impromptu kitchen dance sessions. I especially enjoy spending time with my partner Joshua, my friends, family and most of all my two amazing, hilarious nephews.

I don’t drink or do drugs ever, which happened after I spent the past 5 years beating HER2-Positive breast cancer! I am an open book about my journey and have been in remission and done with treatment for 2 years. So my health is not an issue in that regard.

In addition, I bring calm, positive energy to any home or environment I’m in. I’m very clean and tidy, and I care about keeping shared spaces comfortable and well-kept.

I love animals, although I don’t currently have any pets of my own.

I’m looking to move quickly into a private bedroom with a private or shared bathroom, ideally private.

I’m looking to pay up to $900 per month on a short term or month to month basis.
