Moving to the PAX River NAS area around June/July 2026:

Areas I’m mainly looking at: California, MD Lexington Park, MD Lusby, MD

Trying to keep my commute under 30 minutes.

Trying to have my split of the rent lower than $1200.

I’ve had about 5 roommates over the last 7 years, and I’ve been told I’m a great roommate. I’m clean, share chores, and easy to live with. No pets. I’m friendly and social if you want to talk, but I’m also totally fine respecting space and keeping to myself.

I’m looking to rent a house, apartment, or condo with someone and split the cost.

Ideally, I’m looking for a 2 bed / 2+ bath place with around 1,000 sq ft or more.

I already have furniture and would rather not put it in storage, so I’m hoping to find a place with enough space to make that work. If you also have furniture, we can talk and possibly look at a larger place together.

My main goal is to find a roommate to help offset rent and utilities without overcrowding the space. I’m open to living with anyone who’s clean, respectful, and easy to coordinate with. Male preferred, but open to others as well. Military or government workers near Patuxent River NAS are a plus, but not required.

This setup may be especially good for someone who doesn’t have much furniture of their own and wouldn’t mind using mine in common spaces while living there.

I’m looking for someone who will split rent and utilities fairly. I’ll cover extras like Wi-Fi, lawn care, renters insurance, and security system costs.
