Shy but friendly with an older black cat. I rarely drink and don’t use tobacco. Looking for a room or mother in law unit, preferably with a private bath. I do require a W/D in unit or facilities onsite. I work M-F and keep to myself when I am at home. I enjoy art, video games, live music, and really terrible horror movies. The most important thing to me is open and honest communication. I am good with animals, even the creepy crawly ones, but my girl cat is a bit older and likes a quiet space so if you have a loud/big dog we might not be a good fit. I have great rental history and a fulltime job, but short credit history, so hopefully we can work something out. Relocating back to Washington. Thanks for reading and I hope to hear from you soon! :)
