I am looking to move in next couple of months. I would like to team up with someone to rent a house with a yard and garage. With each person having their own bathroom. I am seeking a 12+ months lease term.

I am a quiet, clean, respectful roommate. I am somewhat introverted and keep to myself mostly. I don’t drink or smoke. But I am ok if you do. I have a medium sized, 5yr old dog & and an 8 yr old cat. Both are very well behaved and quiet. They get along well with other pets.

I am seeking roommates similar to myself, that can coincide together respectfully.
