Single mom with 2 ESA animals. Chill golden retriever and Savannah cat who love people. My son is age 7 and a buttercup. Due to circumstances I need someone who can hold a lease without relying on my side of income. A spiteful person to children and mothers has been not nice in another state. I have child support that easily covers. All the bills needed as long as it does not exceed 900 with utilities. I currently have no issues paying rent and I have references where I stay now but I need a place in August.
