Jake

Hi there!

My name is Jacob, but you can call me Jake. A little about myself, I am 27 years old from Northern California. I just graduated from Berklee College of Music with a degree in Music Business Management and currently work for Live Nation. I am a musician who plays local acoustic gigs all over town with my girlfriend. I am also an actor both locally and in Los Angeles, love to travel, go to the movies, spend time with friends, explore the city, make collages, and will never say no to a good roommate hang!

I am currently looking for a place in or near the Jamaica Plain area, within a 10-15 minute walk of a T-stop. Hoping to find a place with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, central A/C, a patio or outdoor space of some kind, and an off-street parking space, but flexible with pretty much all of those.

I do like to be friendly with my roomates so while I am not necessarily looking for a new best friend to spend every waking second with, I do like to have movie nights, cook dinner together sometimes, play some games, go out to a bar, go see a concert, make a blood sacrifice, or get crafty every once in a while!

I would love to keep my budget around $1500, but that is flexible depending on how big the space is! I would love to move anytime starting July 1st through September 1st.
