I am from Dallas and have family here. I am very clean and respectful of other people’s property. I live in Parker now and am looking to pay less rent (especially so I can travel more). I could move in where I have either a large BR and private bath or 2 BR’s with a private bath, a large closet or 2, and of course kitchen and laundry access. I need room for a desk and a few business items, in my room or in a 2nd room. I am quiet, work weekday hours, and have no pets. I am honest, a Christian and fun to be around, and would prefer living with a Christian who actually acts like one. I don’t have a lot of spare time these days, so I am friendly but spend a lot of time with my family. I have to have a kitchen that is kept clean the huge majority of the time. I prefer to room with a Christian female, preferably age 50 or older. I have 1 SUV and have furniture and furnishings if needed but don’t have to keep what I have. I have perfect credit and a strong rental history, as well as No criminal background (very law abiding). I would have to be in a Non-Smoking household. Because I work out of the home I need quiet, so children in the house during Monday thru Friday 8am to 6pm would not work for me. I need to make this change by end of June or July, 2026.
